Terms of Service
1. Scope
These terms apply to all accounts and subscriptions on thestrongbaseline.com. The provider is The Strong Baseline, Ann-Kathrin Biesinger and Dr. Martin G. Baroch, Chamerstrasse 70, 6300 Zug, Switzerland (see Imprint).
2. Offer
A free account gives access to the free articles. The Premium subscription gives access to all articles and analyses for as long as the subscription is active.
3. Prices
Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and are final prices. The prices shown at checkout apply. Opening offer: for our first 100 subscribers, Premium costs CHF 7 per month or CHF 70 per year; after that CHF 10 per month or CHF 95 per year. Subscribers who join at the opening price keep that price for as long as their subscription continues without interruption.
4. Contract and payment
The contract is concluded when you complete checkout. Payment is made in advance by credit card, Apple Pay or another payment method offered by Stripe. The subscription renews automatically for the chosen period (month or year) unless cancelled.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid period; until then you keep full access. Amounts already paid are not refunded pro rata.
6. Right of withdrawal for EU consumers
Consumers resident in the EU may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of conclusion without giving reasons. An informal email to info@thestrongbaseline.com is sufficient.
7. Use of content
The content is for personal use only. Accounts may not be shared. Copying, passing on or publishing content requires our written consent. We may block access in case of misuse.
8. Health and liability
The articles are for information and do not replace personal advice from a doctor or coach. You carry out the exercises at your own risk. We are liable only for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law. We aim to keep the website available at all times but cannot guarantee it.
9. Changes
We will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance of changes to these terms or to the prices of existing subscriptions. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription with effect from the date the change takes effect.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland. Mandatory places of jurisdiction and consumer protection rules remain reserved.
